Counting DNS Clients

Hi Everyone,
I had a quick question, is there any way that I can count / see what
compuers are using a particular DNS server? I have had a little bit of a
look but I dont seem to be able to find anything.

Possibly by using Netmon or looking at a firewall log and filtering it by
Port 53 UDP & TCP.
