Does anyone out their have a countdown timer that can be
imported into a presentation (ie avi. wma. mpeg) I am
running out of time and must find a solution ASAP!!!

Does not need to be that complicated.

Just make a ppt file that has 35 slides and does not show a blank slide at
the end of the show.

Each slide should read something like "10 minutes remaining". Then under
the timed auto-advance, select 60 seconds. This would then transition to
your next slide "9 minutes remaining".

In your main presentation, link to the slide that displays the number of
minutes left (it will auto advance to the end of the show and revert back to
your main presentation).

If you need more help with this, post back.

I did that I created a 15min clock 900 frames/slides that
ran by itself and linked back to the main presentation,
but now they want it to appear on the slide they are
talking about. So I need something I can have appear
within the existing slide that will run. The animated
gifs worked great but do not work in 97. Any Ideas???

Steve,

Back in the middle of December, I sent you a ppt with countdown timer (to
the aol address).

Is this the type of timer you wanted? You never wrote back to say if it was
what you were looking for.
