Countdown timer for powerpoint

Hello,

Does anyone have a countdown timer for powerpoint that shows the seconds.
All the templates I found on the Microsoft site, just countdown the minutes
not the seconds.

I want one that is 10 minute long and shows the seconds being countdown.

Thanks of the help.
