Hello,

Is there a way to COUNT Unique values and showing only
those values where the Count is > 1

Thanks,

Greg

I would use the advanced filter, unique records only and criteria =A3>1
where A3 is the first row of data
Where list range could be $A$2:$A$500
Criteria range $F$1:$F$2
where the =A3>1 is in F2 and F1 is blank
then you check unique records only

Thank You,

However I cannot use Filter since the data is on another
WorkSheet ....... What I am doing is an Audit Check (
Audit WorkSheet ) to see if there's redundant data ( which
will be eventually imported into Access) in the Data
WorkSheet ....... The check must also be automated with
either a function or Pivot Table.

Thanks,

Greg

You can still use filter, you only have to start from the sheet where you
want the
result.
Ms. Dalgleish have some info how to extract to another worksheet here

You could automate it using a macro.
