Hi,
I have a report in Access 2003.
The fields are Requestor, Mod and WD.
I need a total for all the patients seen by the requestor and to display
only the ones that meet the Mod or WD criteria.
I can get the report to display the Mod and WD but am having some difficulty
getting the total count to work.
Thanks,

Steve,

Your comment: I need a total for all the patients seen by the requestor and
to display only the ones that meet the Mod or WD criteria.

Response: It seems that there are two criteria here:
1. TOTAL number for patients for the requestor
2. Display / print a subset of the total.

Is that correct? Is so, how are you select ALL patients for the requestors,
but only displaying the the ones that meet the Mod or WD criteria?

Your comment: I can get the report to display the Mod and WD but am having
some difficulty getting the total count to work.

Reponse: What is wrong with the total count? Is your current count the
number of records you displayed? Is the current count some number that has
nothing to do with anything? Is it not printing correctly? Please be more
specific.

Dennis

Steve,

1. It sounds like you want to count everyone for a given requestor, but
only print selected patients (those who meet Mod WD criteria). Is this corret?

Is so, how are you selecting every patient for you count, but only printing
select patients

2. What is wrong with your count? Is the count on the report equal to the
number of records on the report? Is count printing wrong? Is the number
that is appearing on the report some other number that has nothing to do with
anything? Could you please be specific with your response?
