Count Function - Twice Over

I am calculating a number of records based on column A (A4:A94) that also do
not have N/A in Column E (E4:E94). My real goal is to have a total number
of folks required to take a class and comparing it to the number of "X"'s in
column E that have completed it. Some folks don't need the class and
therefore I have N/A in that spot in column E.

What I need is a CountA of those records in "A4:A94" minus the number of
"N/A"'s in E4:E94.

Any ideas?

I have tried CountIF but it only has one "Criteria".
