Access Count dates within a Month

hi everyone is it possible to create a query that will count the days within a certain month?
ie accounts 386 and 401 have two dates with the month

Account Date

380 01-Jan-18
353 01-Jan-18
386 01-Jan-18
386 09-Jan-18
395 01-Jan-18
401 01-Jan-18
401 04-Jan-18
405 04-Jan-18

many thanks I'm sure its simple.... just can't think of it.
 
If this was in Excel I could help you, but I'm really not familiar with Access unfortunately! Hopefully someone here will be able to help though :)

Edit: Also another reason you may not have had a reply is that you originally posted this in the archive, and I moved it into the main forum earlier.
