G Gord Dibben Aug 4, 2009 #3 How did they get to be red? If by conditional formatting, count the values that turned them red. If manually colored here is a non-programmatic method. CTRL + a to select all cells. Edit>Find>Format>Format>Pattern...........click on red and "Find All" In the "found" dialog box hit CTRL + a to select all in that box.
