Couldnt Ping

Hi Gurus,
I have one peculiar problem here:
I couldnt ping a pc(problemmatic pc) from ANY pc..it says
request timed out..

BUT FROM that problematic pc:
I can ping localhost, gateway and other pcs.Almost
everything..
I can see this pc when browsing the network.
It's just that i couldnt ping it.
I cheched the IPSEC, but nothing such as block ping is
configured..

any other idea??
