couldn't delete activeX

Recently, I noticed that I have an activeX component that I didn't remember
to install with the name "no description". I tried to delete it, but I am
getting message-- "These program files are curently being used by one or more
programs. Please close some programs and try again. You may need to restart
Windows"

Hi elvigor :-)

Try starting in the Safe Mode and deleting the files. Safe Mode bypasses
Windows, so nothing in Windows should be using the file.
