New job in IT for a larger organization. I would like to know of some good
trusted forums at add to my tool kit... If you have any favorites or have
some suggestions, please let me know.

In OE go to Tools | Accounts | Add (or New) | News.
Set up an account for this news server:

msnews.microsoft.com
