procedures as published at their website:

I believe that this is, in fact, both accurate and safe--i.e. you won't get
more spyware by following their uninstall procedures or visiting their site.
Microsoft Antispyware, however, does, I believe, remove this program. You
may need to restart in Safe mode and do full scans until one comes through
clean, though.
In addition, you may lose Internet connectivity as a result of the removal.

Also, after such a removal, you may be left with a startup item pointing to
a non-existant executable. This can be fixed various ways.
Start by looking in Control Panel, add or remove programs--to see whether it
is listed there, and whether the removal via that method works. It should.
