Could not send mail using address from Contacts folder

HI, I'm using Outlook 2000, and our users could not send email using address from the contacts folder. If we manually key in the address on the To: tab we are able to sent email succesfully. I have checked the address on the contacts folder and the email address is correctly typed. Our exchange server is 5.5 with sp4. What could be the problem.?
 
Most likely you need to install the Outlook Address Book service. The following article will show you how
