could not open .AVI

I could not open any .AVI file within XPE.
But those file could be opened by winxp or win2000.
So, anyone could tell me how to solve this problem?

If you can't open any avi file then what error do you see.

If you can't open some files then try installing codec's that are required
by AVI you want to play.
