could not load delphi module or something like that

I've had a couple of people come to me in the last 2 days telling me they
get this error when they try to open Internet Explorer or My Computer. It
reads something like this:
Could not load the delphi module. The trial period has expired>

both of these people got the exact same error. The computers are used
frequently and mostly for internet access. So the first thing that comes to
mind is a virus. I told one of them to do a system restore and it worked for
him and corrected the problem.

Has anyone else had this happen? And what causes this error?

BTW-- one pc is running XPHE and one XP Pro
 
I had the same message with XPpro,I installed spybot search and destoy.It
found the problem and got rid of it.I then downloaded spyblaster to make
sure shit like that doesnt happen again..Its all that spyware crap..I had to
go into my MSN browser to download them cause i couldnt get my IE to open...
