"Could not load all rows" - Outlook 2007

We use email journaling to monitor all emails within the company. This
mailbox gets rather large quickly, so we select several rows (hundreds) at a
time and delete them out. There was never an issue with Outlook 2003, but
after upgrading to 2007, we now are having problems. There are several
senerios:

When you select large block of emails in the journal inbox and click delete,
only a few emails actually get deleted. Example, select 600-800 emails,
click delete, 15 get deleted. Very wierd...
When you select large block of emails you get the message "Could not load
all rows. You may be encountering memory problems. Try closing windows or
programs you aren't using, and then try again." Memory was not an issue
before 2007?
When you select large block of emails, click delete, nothing gets deleted,
screen shows "there are no items to show in this view", and appears empty;
however, if you click out and back into the journal inbox, th emails are
there and nothing has been deleted.
I would like to know if others are having similar issues and if anyone has
found a fix.

Thanks,

Matt

Yes, I am having the same issue of not being able to select all items in a
folder (I.e. Sent Items). I am
trying to manually move old items to personal folders to clean up space. I
am seeing the error
message, "Could not select all rows . . ." just as you have described. I am
definitely not short on
memory. I am using Outlook 2010 Beta - but very same behavior.

Hey Diane

Sorting it by any other columns resolves this error. It seem to just not
like bulk selecting with sorting by received date.
