could not connect to printer

when i try to connect to a printer in my windows 2000 domain i get the next message, "could not connect to printer..." it's the only terminal server in the domain with this error. when i try to install a local printer and after the installation i remap the lpt port the tcp port it's working. i looked at Q282817 and that didn't solve the problem
