Dear guys,

I try to connect in my server by the internet, but I can`t connect in
it.

I have a network with 20 computers and 1 server with windows 2000
server installed.

When I`m in the office, I can connect in FTP site and all others tools
that I have in my server. But when I`m out of the office and try to
connect in FTP or tools by the internet, I could not connect in this! I
saw all configuration in route and server and it`s all OK! I don`t know
what cam be happing!

This starded after I format the server. Before format, it`s work with
no problem!

What can be happing? Guys... I need to resolve this!!! Please, help me!

Best regards,

CAIO

Since you chose not to provide any detailed information
about your specific configuration, I can obly make some
general recommendations:
- Check your firewalls
- Check your port forwarding rules
- Check your internal and external IP addresses
- Use telnet.exe as a testing tool

What kind of detailed information do you want?

I already saw all the ports forwarding rules, internal and external IP
and I don`t have any firewall installed here.

I`m use the Telnet to test the ports but in the log of the server don`t
have any incoming connection!

Regards,

CAIO

A good starting point would be to provide full details
about the questions I asked.
