Could anybody solve my problem?

We are having tone windows 2000 domain controller which is having
services such as DHCP,DNS. and I have one broadband connection. I want
to share to all my users for internet connection.Can i install ICS and
share all to users?

This is not recommended, you should use RRAS NAT instead:

You can, but it you install a router and possibly a switch you won't have
to.

The price of a wireless router is cheaper than 1 hour of server downtime.
You could spend far more downtime than 1 hr if you are hit by a
virus/trojan/hacker. Get a wireless router.
