Costumize an appointments view list, to show all message text

I have tried feverishly!!!, to try and print/view a list of my appointments
of one calendar in the way i want it?? Office will only print 2 lines of the
message text??? I think i tried to change all parameters in the costumize
view choices with no success? Please help me, so I can veiw and print the
entire message text of each appointment on a list????
