Costs

Do any of you happy folk have some figures on the costs of
all this? - e.g. lost staff productivity, lost production,
staff overhead "combating" and "cleaning" the problem?
 
I haven't read the articles, but a google search on this term:

spyware productivity costs to industry

yields a number of probably relevant articles in various trade journals.
 
Well, you can't compare a product in an unfinished format. Lets wait first
to see the final product in use to before we come to a conclusion.
