Hi,
I'm sure this has been answered, but due to the lack of
Search function....

Has anything been announced regarding the eventual price
of MS AntiSpyware to businesses? Lots of software is free
to home users, but not to companies....

Is there anything in writing anywhere...?

This has not been announced. There will be a managed version which will
cost money, but nothing more on that has been announced.
