Corrupted IE 6?

I am using IE 6 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519. Over the past couple
of days, I had an update download, used a few new thumb drives, and installed
some new memory which eventually ended in a blue screen. Now, when I lanuch
IE, the title in the top blue bar is something like ?7????????????4???? and
IE crashes at least half the time when shutting it down...a few times while
using it. I tried to go back to a new restore point, but most of the restore
points are failing to load. I ran my anti-virus and didn't find anything
there. I don't see any mentions of this type in the MS knowledge base.
Anyone have an idea?

Can anyone help me in how to reinstall IE 6? I think there must be a corrupt
file somewhere. Thanks.

I think I discovered the issue....a corrupt add-on from Turbo Passwords.
When I disabled it, everything seems to be working fine.
