corrupted FOUND.000

while trying to defragment my removable disk, a message is shown
saying that the FOUND.000 file is corrupted.
I have already formatted this drive its file format type is FAT

This file rely show up when you have Hal.dll missing or corrupt.
Your system either suffer from overheating issue, which causing the
corruption or you didn't format the partition , you reloaded the OS on the
same corrupt Partition?.
What FAT partition and what operating system we are talking about 3.1 or 95
windows <G>.
There are FAT16, FAT32, NTFS partitions type and FAT.
If all okay, try to delete this folder which will be found here:
C:\Documents and Settings\User name\Application Data =
or
C:\FOUND.000
Delete whichever Found files/folders there and Reboot your machine and try
the Defrag in safe Mode.
I will check the RAM to see if it okay.
