Hi

My contacts folder is corrupted (I believe) When I use
the To: and then go to pick from the list, choosing my
contacts folder, rather than the GAL I am unable to see
all of my contacts that are in my Folder.

When I check the contacts by looking in the folder, all
my contacts are there, none are marked private etc.

I created a new contacts (Temp) folder and copied the
contents from my contacts folder into it.

I tried to delete then all the contacts from
the "contacts" folder but I received an error that access
was denied to some of the contacts. AFter I deleted,
there were no contacts visible.

I would like to totally delete the "contacts" folder and
recreate it, to get rid of the error that I am having
(2nd time this has happened)

How would I go about doing that?

Office XP (Via TS)(10.4712.4219)SP-2
Windows XP with Service Packs installed

Thanks in advance for your assistance

You can't delete a default folder.
Is this Contacts Folder on an Exchange mailbox?
Have you talked to your Exchange Administrator?

Thanks for replying Russ

This is not on the GAL but rather a personal contacts
folder within his mailbox (but hosted on an exchange
server)

Then you need to ask in an Exchange group or talk to your Exchange
Administrator.
