Corrupted Back End

I have been having a on going problem. My Access back end
keeps crapping out. My database application is split up
with a front end which contains forms and reports and a
back end which contains tables of data. The back end is a
Design Master and gets synchronized with an off site back
end.

The Problem is that the design master gets corrupted and
needs to be repaired when two or more people are working
on it. When the design master is repair the recent data
that was entered is gone and the design master needs to
resolve conflicts that don't exist.

I'd suggest reposting this question in the .replication newsgroup as
the replication experts hang out there.
