Corrupted AD user acct

We have 6 users in sales group who have access to a web based application. 2 of the users are unable to see some of the buttons on the web app. We had them sign on to different work stations and still unable to see buttons.

We copied the users AD profile and created a test account. When they signed on to their workstation using the temp acct, they have no problem seeing the buttons.

We know that it is not the browser or workstation causing this. Not even sure if it is AD related issue. Any thoughts and suggestion?
