Corrupt/Strange Task Manager

I have a very different task manager in my computer, when I open the task
manager, a window opens with only the details of open windows, no details of
running processes is available, there are no tabs on top, just empty task
manager. Is it virus or what? Hw do I correct it? Please help
 
I found where the problem was, I just needed to double click the top
protion, and the previous display was back
