Corrupt Roaming Profiles

Hello all,

Recently I have noticed error messages in the Event Viewer suggesting a
roaming profile is corrupt. A temp fix is to wait for the end user to logoff
and clear their profile. It is getting a bit frustrating because the messages
are random. It does not only happen on certain servers. Until recently I
thought the issue for a user was resolved by clearing their profile. I’ve had
3 now where the corruption has reappeared. And because users are being logged
on with a temp profile then no printers are available and any Favorites or
MyDocs they save will not be retained. Our vendor support group has ruled out
Citrix being the culprit.

Problem solved!

5 of my 12 profile servers still had offline caching enabled. I made the
change to those 5 and rebooted them. No more offline messages.

The three other messages were not related to the first. Those profiles were
legitimately corrupt. After clearing those (which totaled about 20) I did not
get anymore messages.
