Corrupt Personal Folder file

If a personal folder (.pst) file has become corrupted, is
it possible to retreive all the data from that file into a
new personal folder file?

The Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) will be able to recover some or even
most of it, but most likely not all of it.
