Hi,
I have a 200GB hard drive that has crashed. I cannot access it from
windows XP and when running chkdsk, I get this:
WARNING! F parameter not specified.
Running CHKDSK in read-only mode.
Corrupt master file table. CHKDSK aborted.
So it looks like my files system is corrupted. I thought that there
was always a backup file system in case the master ever got messed up
so my question is, how do I copy the backup file system to the master
file system and hopefully restore the drive?
Is there a utility out there that I could use?
Thanks for any help!
Cheers,
Sean
