Corrupt files

Hi. I´m having problems with a lot of files. When I download an installer,
zip or exe, even copying it from a cd or my network. There´s no virus
problem, I changed my memory and hard disk, and the computer too. Could it
be my WinXp cd ?

Sergio, check your Power Supply. Download Motherboard Monitor to check
your 3, 5 and 12v rails.
