Can anyone give me some advise on getting rid of an infected dll that says
"access denied"? I have tried with both AVD and Antivir avira. They find
the bad Trojan dlls but say it can't be deleted. Is this really so....and
there is no solutions without formatting?

Billy

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. If there's more than
the filename in that entry, ask before deleting. If it reads
"rundll32.exe <filename>", you can delete it. Press F3 to continue the
search.

Now restart the computer and the malware won't be running and you can
probably delete it.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.

Sorry, pcbutts1! I did try your tools and I still have the same dlls with
the same access refusal.
