I am troubleshooting for a client company who we migrated as local users from Notes NSF files to Outlook PST files and mail is now being served via POP3 server.
The problem is when user(s) initiate a reply to an e-mail they had received before migration, the recipient will receive vast multiples of the same e-mail - to the tune of 400+, which of course a couple of mail servers and clients have had complete meltdowns over.
If the user receives an email from a client as a new e-mail and replies to it then all is well. It seems only to affect the e-mail pre-migration.
I have a couple of thoughts on how to repair manually but wanted to know if there are any utilities that are geared to checking a contacts list.
Thanks...
