Corrupt & all Form missing

I have experiencing two fatal problems within two days.
One is erro leading to all forms missing. Second is the
error leading to the corrupt of the whole database.
We have set up the multiuser level but have not put it on
the server. My co-worker access to the database by mapping
to the drive. Sometimes we both access at the same time.
