The email addresses used to post are fictitious and are different for each post. Your best bet is to flag any message with Microsoft in the subject and move it to a folder so you can delete them all at once. You are using Outlook Express to read and post, you can use the message rules to identify the email/postings, find this in the Tools menu. HTH
