Correcting Word 97 Under Windows XP

Thanks JAX for responding to my request for help. It seems that inserting the Office 97 disk into the macine will not turn on auto-play feature of the CD. Is there a way of turning on this feature if turned off, and where do I find it in XP, or can I force by some means to start the disk manually? Thanks, Jason Sachs.
 
In Windows Explorer, right click the drive in question. Choose Properties.
Check out the Auto Play tab.
