Correcting color in images

It's possible that your monitor needs adjusting.
Have you tried the controls on the front for brightness
and contrast?

Anyway...to adjust brightness/contrast in digital
images you need an editing program.

If you do not have an editing program, you
can download the excellent freeware IrfanView:

IrfanView 3.85

(get the plug-ins too)

Open an image in IrfanView and go to...
Image / Enhance Colors...
you'll see the Brightness and Contrast sliders.
