Presumably you mean Corel WordPerfect.
Second, you can't convert an application program to an operating
system, so I'm not at all sure what you mean. Do you want to
install WordPerfect under Windows XP? No problem--just do so.
Do you have WordPerfect files you want to use under Windows XP.
Again, no problem, as long as you have WordPerfect installed or
another program that can read WordPerfect files (Microsoft Word
can do this if you have the correct filters installed).
Since there seems to be substantial confusion here, let me stress
that it's not Windows XP that reads the WordPerfect files, or any
other application program's files. It's an application program:
in this case WordPerfect, Word, etc.
