Core2 system, what do you think of my components?

I'm putting together a computer, have done a lot of research and came to the
following list of parts. Can you tell me what you think of this unit and
give my advice on ways to improve it (without big $$ spikes) or if any of it
is not compatible? It will be for business use and surfing the net mostly,
(and a bit of gaming.)

CPU Intel core 2 duo E6300
MoBo ASUS P5NSLi
Case Antec TX1050B (500W)
Memory 1G of DDR2 Can I use Kingston 1GB 667MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL4
DVD Plextor SATA PX-755SA
HD 2 of Segate Barracuda SATA2 7200 16MB 320G (setup for RAID 1)
Video EVGA GeForce 7300GT 512MB ... but will probably go something ATI in
$120 range
Audio on board for now....
OS Windows XP Pro (not X64) OEM
1.44 Floppy
MS Wireless laser desktop 6000 keyboard & mouse
Some extra 20db case fans

I wouldnt bother with this, I'd use an LG instead.

I'd use a pair of Samsungs instead, quieter basically.

7300GT 512MB $129

Depending on how tight the budget is, you may want to compare
cards in that article. Somehow, I doubt the 512MB on the
7300GT is really helping things, other than drive up the
price.

god, I'm gonna have to stop hanging out in this ng. It's painful to see so
many people choosing poor quality asus crap for the hearts of their systems.
Asus is supposed to be really good. In actuality, their quality control is
crap. The only worse brand for quality is ECS/PCCHIPs. -Dave
 
I have had several peeps email me advising me to avoid sony like the
plague - saying they are junk...
 
ok I'll go with the ASUS p5n32-SLi Deluxe

Does that rebooting thing happen with everyone within 6 months who has
bought a P5NSli or did that just happen to your board?
