Is there any copyright issue publishing a picture book that has been created in Power Point using the standard Power Point templates as background?

I don't know but I'd imagine there wouldn't be, isn't that what software is created and sold for? To use as a productive tool?

And anyway, how would Microsoft ever know by looking at your picture book.
