Hello,

When I copy a form I've set up over to a new sheet the row heights and
column widths I've set do not transfer and I have to set them up again
in the new sheet. How can I copy specific row heights and column
widths to a new sheet? I tried the style merge function but it didn't
work (probably used it wrong). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi

Two ways

1. Select datarange on old sheet. Activate the new sheet, and then
consequencily right-click onto cell A1, PasteSpecial.Formats and
PasteSpecial.ColumnWidths. Yout have old sheet's formatting and column
widths transfered to new one.

2. Right-click onto old sheet's tab and select 'Move or copy'. Check 'Create
a copy' control, select a position where new sheet is inserted and Press OK.
Rename the newly created sheet. Select the whole sheet (or datarange),
right-click onto selection, and then select clear contents. You have an
empty sheet with exactly same formatting and column widths as old one.

Either right click on the tab and choose 'Move or Copy' then check 'create a
copy' and you will ahve a duplicate sheet already formatted, or
Select the entire sheet by clicking on the little square to the left of the a A
and above the 1, hir Edit / Copy, then select the same spot on another sheet and
hit Edit / paste Special / Formats, or for individual rows or columns or groups
of rows or columns, click on the row or column headers, do Edit / Copy, then
over to another sheet, select the rows/columns to format and do Edit / paste
special formats.

Arvi,

I can't believe I got an answer so quickly. Your suggestion was mos
welcomed and it works! Thank you very much. Have a great new year.
