How can I move or delete files and folders when I have
copied them to a RW-CD. I cannot change them from Read
Only.
How can I do this.

If the file/s were put on the RW-CD useing the native-XP burning software,
then you can't delete a file from the CD.
The only thing that you can do is copy the CD to HD, erase the whole CD
(right-click the burner-drive and select 'Erase this CD-RW', then send back
to the RW-CD what you want.

See this link;

To be able to write/delete files on a RW-CD (as you want to, like it's a
large floppy), you will need a third-party 'Packet Writing' program such as
'InCD' from 'Nero', or 'DirectCD' from 'Roxio'.
