I have training material that was sent to me through the
internet. I need to take these materials and copy them
to my new autoresponders. I have no clue how to do
this. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks so much
Laura

Not too sure what hardware/software your autoresponders are, but assuming
they may be similar to Oulook, it should be possible to choose 'add
signature' to outgoing messages (it's located under
'tools/options/signatures' in Outlook Express.
This (if its a similar interface to O.E.) will allow you to type a short
message and also add a file (i.e. your internet training material) to a
reply - depending on the file size. Generally POP mail will handle file
sizes up to 5 MB and webmail attachments around the 1 MB size.
Creating some message rules (tools/message rules in O.E.) can recognise
specific text or subject headers too.
I hope this helps point you in possibly just one right direction.
