Hi all
Is it possible to copy a group of textboxes from one page to exactly the
same position on the next page down and so on
down the pages?

I need to do this to fill in printed forms on a dot matrix printer.

Cheers

Neil

If the contents won't change (more than other headers) you can put them in
the header or footer.

No it isn't, but it isn't too hard to get them set identically. If you
double-click a text box border, select Layout tab and the Advanced button,
define the box position relative to the page and select the Lock Anchor
check box. Copy the text box to the next page, double-click the border again
and make sure that the Layout settings are identical. If you are into
macros, you could write a macro to automate much of this.
