I accidently deleted a table from a database file. Fortunately, this
database had ben saved to DVD. When I tried to copy the table from the DVD
unto the database on my hard drive, the paste option was not available. I
found it impossible to past to the desktop or the database I wanted to on my
hard drive.
My next attempt was to export from the DVD file to the file on my hard
drive. I hit File, Export. The dialog box 'Export Table Purchases to' came
up. When I clicked on the db that I wanted to export to and clicked SAVE, I
got the error message, "Microsoft Access can't find the database file 'C:\My
Documents\Purchases.mdb." Make sure you entered the correct patha nd
filename.
What is my problem here and how do I correct it?
