I installed some software logged on as the Administrator. those program show
up when I click All Programs off the Start menu. I then created a new
profile. When I go to the Start|All Programs using the new profile, the
programs I installed before as Administrator are not there. How go I get
program installed with one profile to show up under Start|All Programs for
another profile. Do I have to install the software again looged on with the
profile that I want to use them under?

Most applications weren't designed for this type of multi-user environment.
Such applications need to be installed in each specific user's account to
whom you wish to grant access.

First, be sure the account to which you wish to grant access is set to
administrator and not limited. Install the applications to the same folder
in which it was originally installed. This will look the same as one
install on your hard drive but create the pointers necessary for this user
to have access to the application.

Once the installation is complete, you can return the account to its limited
status if that is what you want and the user should still have access.

Try running the program while on the other user account. (Locate the EXE
file for the program in its folder and double click.) If it works then, you
don't have to reinstall the program.

Copy the shortcuts from your Start Menu folders to those of All Users or
the other user accounts that you want to give a shortcut to.

If the program won't run from the other account, see Michael's suggestions.
