When I try to copy photos from my C drive to the CD drive I'm getting an error
(E: drive not accesible). Can anyone tell me if I'm missing a file or what I
might be doing wrong. I have copied files and pictures before with process
but now its not work. HELP!!! I have used the help menu with the steps but
that's not working either

If it was working before, it is likely that some other software you used to
copy music (something like Roxio) took over. To get XP procedure back, right
click on your CD drive and click on Properties. A window will open. Click on
the Recording tab and check the boxes "Enable..." and "Eject..."
If you use Roxio again, it will work fine but you will have to use the same
procedure again to get XP back.

Or, it may just be that you are using the wrong command. After you select
the photo files, look at the menu on the left under Picture Tasks. The last
command is "Copy to CD". Click on this instead of the Copy command under
File and Folder Tasks.

Thanks for the great advice. It doesn't seem to be working. When I click
copy to cd a small dialog box shows up and says copy here, move here or
cancel. When I click on the copy here it dissapears. I don't know whats
going on.

If you do not have a "Recording" tab at the top of the opening window, then
we need a little more info from you.
Is this a new computer (last three years) with XP installed on it, or did
you upgrade to XP from 98 or ME? If you upgraded from these, it is unlikely
that the CD driver would work on XP. You would have to go to the
manufacturer of your CD drive website and download the driver (also called
firmware) compatible with XP.
