I need to copy the entire "Outlook Today" folder from my desktop to laptop,
but the option to copy the folder is greyed out in the File-Folder menu.
How is the accomplished in Outlook?

TIA

Charlie

What do you mean by the Outlook Today folder? The screen that is visible or
all the folders underneath it? Are you using Exchange or a pst-file?

Copy the pst-file and connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
