Copying original administrator files

I have never set up a new user account with XP
Professional. I now want to create two new accounts but
still want to access all my files and settings from the
original administrator account and be able to do it from
the Welcome screen. Is there a way to copy those original
settings and files to a new user account?

You can copy profile settings from the Control Panel > System >
Advanced > User profiles > Settings. The account to copy and the
account to copy to must not be logged on during that process. If you
do not have a free user account, create one with Admin rights for to
copy, then delete this new account.
